Delivery Process:
Once your payment is confirmed, the purchased template/plan will be instantly available through your GitFolio account dashboard.
A confirmation email containing the transaction details and access instructions will also be sent to the registered email address.
In rare cases, delivery may take up to 1-2 hours due to server delays or payment gateway confirmation issues.
No Physical Shipping:
Since our services are fully digital, no shipping charges apply.
Customers are not required to provide a physical shipping address at any point during the purchase.
